Since opening our first shop more than five years ago, we have shared more than 1300 varieties with our fellow cheese lovers, with more than 1000 yet to come (yes, there really are thousands of varieties of cheese available in the world today.
Now you can type in the varietal of wine you are serving in the Wine Pairings box on the left & a list of compatible cheeses will appear. And if it's a texture (soft or hard) or type (brie to blue) you seek, use the pull-down menus at the top to find those items.
