Classes at our Academy of Cheese (AoC)...  

Welcome to San Diego's first official cheese school!  Here's the place to learn all about cheese, cheese & wine, cheese & beer, cheesemaking & so much more.  All classes are held in downtown San Diego at our Academy of Cheese (871 G Street - metered street parking & pay parking lot available).  Our goal is to share the goodness & glory of cheese in a fun & intimate environment.

If you are interested in scheduling a small private event at the Academy (10-20 guests), please e-mail our events specialist to let him know what you are thinking.  We can customize a cheese tasting to fit your wishes, dreams & budget!

Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you cannot make the reserved class & we will switch your reservation to another available class.  With less than 48 hours notice, we can e-mail you the class notes, but cannot switch to a future class.  Should we have to cancel a class for any reason, you have the option of attending a future class or a Venissimo gift card equal to the value of the class.
