Pick a club, any club...

Whether it's for yourself or a gift, you can choose the club level that suits your appetite & your budget! There are no minimum commitments - select anywhere from one to 12 months. The monthly selection will not be duplicated over the course of a year. And the cost of shipping is included!

If you prefer to pick up your club selection at any shop, the cost is $20 less than what's listed online!  Just call your neighborhood shop to get started.

Every month, we hand-select & hand-cut cheeses from our featured cheesemaker, theme or region. Choose to receive only cheese OR cheese plus an accoutrement.

• August 2009 - mangia Italia:  sottocenere, plin di capra, brescianella stagionato + castellana crostini crackers
• September 2009 - celebrate Oktoberfest:  noord hollander, grevenbroecker, pondhopper + chili chipotle cashews
• October 2009 - truffle time:  truffle tremor, bianco sottobosco, rogue river blue + charcoal crackers
• November 2009 - family favorites:  comte, ewephoria, saint agur + brown butter cookies
• December 2009 - silver & gold: silver mountain, cougar gold, castelmagno + candied figs
• January 2010 - amazing alpines: challerhocker, spicherhalde, gruyere + cornichons
