Whether it's for yourself or a gift, you can choose the club level that suits your appetite & your budget! There are no minimum commitments - select anywhere from one to 12 months. The monthly selection will not be duplicated. And the cost of shipping is included!

Every month, we hand-select & hand-cut cheeses from our featured cheesemaker or region. Choose to receive only cheese OR cheese plus an accoutrement that pairs perfectly with your selection.

Here's who we've featured in 2008 so far:

• January - a British invasion: cotswold, keen's cheddar & berkswell + red onion confit
• February - a tribute to Spain: idiazabal, san simon, la leyenda + quince paste
• March - gorgeous goats: purple haze, drunken goat, legendairy goat gouda + tupelo honey
• April - American springtime favorites: acapella, san andreas, grafton, lamb chopper + mango pineapple chutney
• May - women in cheese:  humboldt fog, cheshire, timanoix, cocoa cardona + vosge haute chocolat
• June - summer & weddings: clochette, herbed chevre, trou du cru, roaring forties blue + mango spread
• July - picnic & beer cheeses: vintage reserve, memoire, ossau-iraty, farmhouse cheddar + salame on a string
