We are pleased to introduce our new Academy of Cheese (AoC) at our downtown San Diego shop.  While we will continue to teach & host events at various neighborhood venues, our goal is to create an exciting curriculum of cheese, cheese pairing & fun cheesy twists at our academy.

 

Additionally, we can arrange private tasting events at our our Academy, such as office parties, showers, birthdays & more!  Send event specialist RobbyG a message if you are interested in arranging a special event (please contact at least a month in advance)!

"Venissimo Stinks" @ Venissimo Academy of Cheese (downtown San Diego) - $50 per person

Beer & cheese go together like corned beef & cabbage, but not everyone knows this.  That's why beer expert Ryan Ross is hosting this beer & cheese pairing class.  He'll take you on a tour of barley, hops, malt & yeast, letting you know the difference between each one & what to look for in a cheese when you're drinking one.  We'll include special St. Patrick's day pairings, including our favorite Irish cheeses.  This is your chance to say "Slainte"
