How We Ship

We ship via FedEx twice a week (for arrival either Wednesday or Friday, depending on day the order is received).
Orders are packed in an insulated carrier with reusable ice packs to ensure freshness.

We currently ship to physical USA addresses only (sorry, no PO boxes nor weekend delivery).
All shipments are left at the delivery address without a signature.
​Please ensure that the shipping address is correct & that someone will be able to receive your purchase.
We cannot assume responsibility for an incorrect address - delivery & re-delivery charges will apply.
We are also not responsible for perishable items that are received but not stored properly.

All cheeses are cut-to-order by our expert cheese mongers. While we strive to cut the exact amount requested, it's possible we may be slightly off. Due to seasonality & supply limitations, we may ask if we can substitute a similar product of equal or greater value.

You will receive a FedEx email with tracking number once your order has shipped.

Cheese Lovers Club packages are shipped for arrival on the second Friday of every month.

Nothing is shipped for Academy of Cheese class sign-ups. Your e-mail receipt is your confirmation.

Venissimo accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
To pay with an older version of a Venissimo gift card, please call 619.376.1834.​
Sales tax will automatically be added to any applicable purchases.

Your personal information is transmitted in an encrypted manner & is never stored.
