cancellation guidelines
Most Academy of Cheese events are held at Venissimo San Diego (871 G Street - on G between 8th & 9th) unless otherwise noted in your email confirmation. The email confirms your spot (no need to print, we have you on the list).
There is a pay parking lot next to the shop at the corner of 8th & G, or street parking on the surrounding streets (meters are free after 6p).
If an event is canceled for any reason, you will be notified no later than noon the day of the event.
Your event fee can be refunded or saved as a credit toward any future event or purchase.
If you cannot attend your selected event:
With at least 48 hours notice, we can provide a refund or a credit toward another event or purchases.
With less than 48 hours notice & until noon on the day of the event, we can switch you to another event.
After noon on the day of the class, there is no compensation.
